ANNUAL NEW WORLD OF FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL
Each year, for the past 6 years, the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore has played host to the Annual New World of Food & Wine Festival (www.nwfw2002.com). This Festival showcases international culinary skills by renowned chefs from around the world and wines from the world's best vineyards for an entire week. The Festival is yet another source of confirmation that our tiny island republic is indeed a global gourmet hub.

Courtesy of two of Singapore's great mountaineers, Mr & Mrs Leong, Hai and I were very fortunate to participate in this year's Opening Gala Reception.
