This place became like second home for me on my trip. I stayed whole August 2008 and returned in January 2009 for two weeks. Clean place and truly excellent service! I recommend InnCrowd for anyone heading for Singapore!
Thanks for everything!
P.S. The InnCrowd was my first dorm accommodation ever. All my doubts were gone as soon as I had slept my first nights there.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Inn Crowd from the 13 Feb 09 to the 16 Feb 09 and I must say that I am very satisfied at the warm and friendly people at the reception. The rooms were clean and I really liked the concept of making our own breakfast. It was really an experience for me.
The location is easy to find and it's pretty near to the Little India MRT. The staff were really helpful in giving us directions on how to get to the tourist destinations and even offered us some helpful tips on getting around Singapore.
Though the hostel was full when we checked in, there was no compromise on the cleanliness and friendliness. Kuddos to the staff at the Inn Crowd.
I like the place very much at it was like a melting pot of such of backpackers from all around the world. I like the ambiance there and the crowd too.
I would certainly recommend the Inn Crowd to any of my friends who plan to visit Singapore and I myself will certainly stay there whenever I come to Singapore again.

Hi… This was my first stay in my life in a hostel. I had many doubts before I went. I managed to locate inncrowd hostel in dunlop street from the Internet. The website was very informative and very helpful. It even gave step by step instructions to go to the hostel from the Airport. I stayed from the 11th to 14th December 2008. It was really fun once I went to the hostel. The staff was so good and very helpful. In the dorm I made friends with an international spread of tourist who stayed in the hostel. They too were very friendly. This was fun that you cannot explain in words. You need to experience it. The hostel was full but no compromise on the service. I really liked it. It was so clean neat and tidy.
Most of the shops are in the vicinity Sim Lim Square, Sim Lim Tower & Mustafa shopping complex.
A special thank you to all the staff in the reception desk that was so helpful and cheerful.
If I get the opportunity to go to Singapore next time my first choice for accommodation would be inncrowd in Dunlop street in Little India.

Hello to wonderful and friendly staff of The InnCrowd Backpackers Hostel!
On 10th December 2009 will be one year when I came first time to Singapore, later in January 2008 I visited it again (from 10th to 14th December 2007 and from 15th to 19th January 2008). Both times I spent in The InnCrowd Backpackers and now, after almost one year, I want to give many thanks to wonderful staff, always ready to help, always ready to give tourist information and offering special offers for its guests. I can clearly confirm that your hostel was by far the best I ever visited, location also great.
When I visit Singapore next time, I will certainly come again to your hostel.
I was told to be first Slovenian in the hostel.
Wishing you many success and Happy New Year 2009!

I have managed backpackers in the 1980's and this is an excellently run, mellow hostel, friendly, helpful and focused staff in a great location. This is my 4th stay on this trip and I have enjoyed each time, back to Australia tomorrow. Thanks.

I love the vibe here - something to suit everyone and nice to have a haven to base oneself. Fantastic location and helpful staff - I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks Inn-crowd!

Thanks Inn-crowd team for making my stay a happy one.
The location at little India is good with all those restaurants and shops nearby.
I particularly liked shopping at Sim Lim Square as I like my gadgets.
As well as friendly crowd I found the fellow travelers friendly and meeting somebody like Swedish skipper Lars was one of the highlights.
He had some wisdom to share.
It was good to see that all ages of people were welcomed, not just twentysomethings.
Having a free wireless internet was also a bonus as I could keep in touch with my friends.
Thanks heaps Ping and the team, I'll be back :)

Thank you. As a singaporean, Im impressed with your service. My German friend Michael stays with u for 5 nights in July 2008. He left his portable cloth-line behind. Your staff was helpful to help us find it. Now,he is a happy man every time he washes his clothes. Btw, there was a black shirt on the line. Anyone has it? He is just too forgetful.TQ

Hostel nicely designed but really needs a blitz clean - hose leaving rust marks in the bathroom, etc. However, I enjoyed the relaxed and friendly attitude. It's a shame you don't offer the choice of female dorms.

Great hostel, with the staff very friendly and helpful. Socially great with no problems when we got a bit boozy and loud! Would reccommend any day.

I don't know if you remember me, my name is Lars Bålman, and I stayed at your hostel for three days, from the 9th of april. That doesn't matter though, because what I want to say is thank you for your help with me finding my way to the subway and SIA bus-stops, an that you guided me so well inside the hostel. When I arrived, the Englishman with the glasses (don't remember his name) showed me arround very well (here you can have breakfast etc), which I really needed as a first-time-traveller. You have a good hostel. I could really recommend it; fresh showers, breakfast included, TV, good service etc. Thank you for your patience with a worried first-time-traveller. I hope you will do the same with other guests.
Good bye for now

Don't know if you're reading this but I stopped by your awesome backpacker way back in 2002. Don't know if you remember but we helped this guy bleeding at a bus stop. It was pretty intense. Anyways man, hope you're doing well. Maybe I'll stop by again soon :)

Hi, although I did not stay in your hostel (I'm Singaporean!), I would like to commend your amazingly well-written guides on Singapore. Despite having lived here for 18 years, you enlightened me on where to eat (great job reviewing the restaurants) and what to do in a day in Singapore. Thank you. :)
